Do you accept insurance?
Health insurance is accepted for the lab work only.
How soon can I start my therapy?
In as little as 8-10 days.
How do I track my package?
Pharmacy will issue a FedEx tracking number only once your package is shipped. To know ahead of time, sign up with FedEx Delivery Manager and it is free. This way you can manage your shipment any way you like.
Do you accept HSA/FSA?
Yes, Royal accepts both HSA/FSA for the treatment. You can learn more about it here.
I am not in Florida, can you service out of the state?
Yes, Royal is available nationwide via Telemedicine.
How often do you require blood work?
Initially, first follow-up (repeated) labs are after 8 weeks of starting the therapy and every 6 months thereafter.
